Chris Porto is the CEO of Smart Growth, Inc.- a company focused on urban infill, mixed use and transit oriented development projects. He is also the Founder of the Smart Growth Developer Academy which is dedicated to training the next generation of real estate development entrepreneurs that want to build wealth and create impact in society.
Within a matter of a few years, Chris went from having zero experience in real estate to building a seven figure net worth and carrying out numerous commercial real estate development projects that took advantage of the potential defined in the zoning code to positively impact his City.
Chris noticed the lack of practical training available for people to get started in real estate development to earn huge fees or profit.
